Foundational Literacy Skills

Your child will develop essential foundational reading skills, including phonological and phonemic awareness, explicit and systematic phonics, decoding, spelling patterns, and word analysis. These evidence-based practices form the foundation for accurate and automatic reading and are aligned with the principles of the Science of Reading and Structured Literacy.

Reading Fluency + Comprehension Strategies

Through repeated practice, modeled reading, and structured fluency routines, your child will strengthen reading accuracy, rate, and expression. Comprehension is supported with direct instruction in vocabulary, oral language, sequencing, questioning, and meaning-making strategies that help children understand and talk about what they read.

Handwriting + Writing

Children develop handwriting fluency, letter formation, and written organization through multisensory, structured routines. Writing support includes sentence construction, idea development, spelling using phonics knowledge, and confidence with expressing thoughts clearly on paper.

Foundational Math Skills

Your child will strengthen number sense, operations, math fluency, and problem-solving using concrete, multisensory strategies. Instruction focuses on building conceptual understanding and confidence, ensuring children can apply math skills with accuracy and independence.

Executive Function + Self-Regulation Skills

Students learn routines that strengthen focus, stamina, and task initiation, along with simple meditation and breathwork techniques that support emotional regulation. Instruction also builds essential executive function skills, including working memory, organization, flexible thinking, and adaptability. These tools help children stay centered, persevere, and approach learning with confidence.
