Hi! I’m Kelly!
I’m an early childhood educator, child development specialist, and mom to three teenage sons.
For over 20 years, I’ve taught and led in public schools at the classroom, building, and district levels, with a focus on early childhood, literacy, and the foundational years that shape how children learn and see themselves.
I’ve supported hundreds of families, teachers, and young learners, and I’ve seen firsthand how the right balance of love and structure can change everything.
My work is simple and meaningful: I help children grow into secure, confident, capable kids, and I support the adults guiding them with clear strategies, encouragement, and compassion.

My Approach
LOVE + STRUCTURE =
SECURE, CONFIDENT, CAPABLE KIDS
My approach blends evidence-based instruction with genuine connection. I balance love and structure so every child feels safe, supported, and ready to grow.
When kids feel secure, they take healthy risks, build confidence, and develop a lifelong love of learning.
Love
Love creates safety.
I meet each child exactly where they are, building trust through patience, positivity, and encouragement. This emotional connection helps them open up, try new things, and believe in themselves.
Structure
Structure builds confidence.
Through clear routines, boundaries, and step-by-step, evidence-based strategies, I help children experience success in small, meaningful ways. This allows them to develop independence, resilience, and pride in their progress.
